Tasked with completing a 4000 sqm Lining (Equalization Pound) in fertilizer plant lining project, we delivered remarkable results—not just meeting but exceeding expectations by completing the project month ahead of schedule and Fully resolve the challenges encountered in the previous execution.

This fertilizer plant had faced persistent challenges in the past, with widespread concrete damage threatening the stability and functionality of its infrastructure. The issue was compounded by unsuccessful lining applications, which struggled to bond effectively with the concrete surfaces. Over time, this led to the deterioration spreading to other structures, creating a "concrete cancer" effect.

Recognizing the critical nature of these problems, the Crescent PPG technical team approached the project with a strategic, problem-solving mindset. With over 30 years of expertise in chemical-resistant linings, we embarked on an extensive analysis to understand the root cause of bonding issue, work out the solution to overcome. Every plant's has its unique requirements and difficulties, selection and methodology for application to be worked out with due consideration.

After detailed brainstorming and strategizing, our experts developed a customized lining solution. This approach involved using a specialized combination of lining materials and its application tailored to the specific needs.

Impressed by our performance in previous projects, the client expanded the scope to cover 4000sqm of infrastructure this year—double the size of earlier assignments. Despite the increased workload, Crescent PPG completed the project in just 3 months, finishing one month ahead of the deadline. Against the past one 2000 SQM took 6 Months
